Damaged & Lost Packages
If your order arrives with damaged products, I will be happy to refund or replace the products, just email me a photo along with your order number.
If a 3D Print is lost in the mail, unfortunately, that is something I don't have control over. When packages have tracking, we can digitally monitor their shipment progress, which is the best way to stay on top of your order and make sure that we know where it is.
Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to request a cancellation any time before your order has shipped. It is too late to cancel if you have been emailed a shipping notification. After a successful cancellation, funds may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Returns / Exchanges
All Sales are Final! Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Poppa Daycare Creations and to the buyer.
Incorrect Order
Since everything at Poppa Daycare Creations is packaged and shipped by hand, mistakes can happen! I am so grateful for your understanding and support and endeavor to fix order errors however I can, whether that be a refund or replacement. Any extra items added by mistake are yours to keep!
Package Sent Back?
When filling out at checkout you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. Poppa Daycare Creations is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer. If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Poppa Daycare Creations.
The Consumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. Poppa Daycare Creations is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
